A sleep app that helps you wind down, not stress about your score.

On-device tracking, a Sleep Ceremony wind-down with 4-7-8 pacing and lofi, and 15+ insights that surface what actually moves your sleep. No wearable required, no account, no subscription.

How sleep tracking works in hope.

Sleep tracking is self-logged. You enter bedtime and wake time, optionally a quality rating from 1 to 5, optionally a short note. That is the entire input. The app builds your trend over days, weeks, and months.

We deliberately chose self-logging over microphone-based or wearable-based tracking. The trade-off is awareness. Logging your sleep is a small ritual that, over time, becomes its own intervention.

The Sleep Ceremony

The Sleep Ceremony is a wind-down screen. It paces 4-7-8 breathing visually. It fades from a dim glow to black across the session. It pairs with a quiet lofi loop. There is no narrator unless you turn one on.

If you fall asleep mid-session, the screen finishes fading, the audio fades to silence, and the phone goes quiet. No bell. No "how did you sleep" push notification at 7am.

Sleep insights that actually move the needle

More than 15 rules examine your logged data and surface factors that correlate with better or worse sleep:

  • Caffeine timing relative to bedtime
  • Stillness practice in the evening
  • Late screen exposure
  • Workout timing
  • Sleep onset latency trends
  • Wake-time consistency

Everything is computed on your phone. No cloud, no third party.
