hope. covers the six core meditation methods most teachers reach for first: breath awareness, body scan, noting, loving-kindness, open monitoring, and cognitive defusion. Plus two specific breath rhythms (4-7-8 and box breathing) that are useful enough on their own to deserve their own buttons.
